Terms & Conditions

The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of merchandise by Projet 5 Corporation (the "Provider" or "we") to you through the Online Shop of carremoji.com. The Online Shop is available for purchases made and delivered anywhere in the world. Your use of the Online Shop to purchase merchandise indicates your agreement to follow and to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
This Terms & Conditions are effective from March 23, 2013.

Orders & Products

All orders are subject to e-mail confirmation by us. Please note that the products displayed on the Online Shop may be out-of-stock. But if the work is out-of-stock, we will arrange to supply you with another work using the same character(s), or you can cancel the purchase order even after the payment. Please note that while we have tried to accurately display the colors of products, the actual colors you see will depend on the color settings of your monitor and may not be accurate.

Prices

All prices are in Japanese Yen. All prices are inclusive of Japanese sales tax. Artwork prices are based on the frame size of the work(s).
Prices may change without notice, but the price of your purchase order confirmed by our e-mail will not change.

Payment methods

We accept payment by credit card and bank transfer, when you purchase the work(s) at the Online Shop.
1. When you pay by credit card, please fill in the purchase order form, and follow the procedures shown.
2. If you pay by bank transfer, please transfer in Japanese yen to our account at The Bank of
    Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ. Please pay the bank transfer fee. We will send the work(s) after receipt
    of your payment. Our bank account information is as follows.

Shipping costs

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the delivery of the products you purchase at the Online Shop.
1. Shipping costs are free of charge for delivery in Japan when your purchase totals over 30,000 yen.
    When the total purchase is less than 30,000 yen, we will charge 1,000 yen as the shipping cost.
2. Shipping costs are basically 15% of product prices for overseas delivery (outside Japan),
    although they may be more than 15% for some countries.
    (In this case we will inform you by e-mail of the estimated shipping costs.)
    Shipping costs include the packaging and insurance expenses.
    Shipping costs do not include customs duties in your country.

Shipments & Delivery

Inside Japan:

We send the products domestically by using Yamato Unyu in general, so it will take less than 1 week to reach your address after settlement of the payment. It is also possibel to receive the products in person at the Carré MOJI gallery (5-11-24 Minami-Aoyama Minato-ku Tokyo).

Overseas:

We ship the products to the overseas address by using an appropriate carrier such as Japan Post Express Mail Service (EMS), so it will take about 2~4 weeks (depending on the destination) to reach your address after settlement of the payment.

Compensation for Loss or Damage during shipping

You are liable for any loss or damage of the products during shipping after shipment from our company and title to the products passes to you upon acceptance of shipment by a common carrier. In case of loss and damage to the products, it will be covered by the insurance. We claim compensation for loss and damages to carrier companies when it happened, but we do not responsible for the compensation.

We take the utmost care when managing, storing or sending goods, but in the event that the packaging of the products is damaged when they arrive:

1. Please confirm the contents by opening the box in the presence of the deliveryman before signing.
2. If there is no problem with the contents, please accept the goods.
3. In the event that the contents are also damaged, please “refuse delivery”.
4. At the same time, please obtain a “damage report” at your local delivery post office.
5. When “refusing delivery”, since the products are returned to the sender unconditionally, they will be returned to us.
   The “damage report” will be used for reference when claiming insurance after return of the products to us.
6. Please contact our company by e-mail about the issue, clearly stating the problem.

In the event that you have not noticed any damage to the packaging and that after accepting delivery the item is clearly damaged:

1. Please visit your local delivery post office to obtain a “damage report”.
2. Please return the products to us.
3. The “damage report” will be used for reference when claiming insurance after return of the products to us.
4. Please contact our company by e-mail about the issue, clearly stating the problem.

Returns & Refunds

We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases on this site. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return any UNUSED products within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. Before sending any products back to us, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied.
The product you wish to return:
    can be sent back to us within seven (7) days from delivery;
    must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received by you;
    must be returned complete with all of its parts and accessories;
    must be sent in its original packaging;
    must be sent in one single shipment;
If all of these conditions are satisfied, we will refund the value of the returned product(s), sales tax included, less any original shipping costs.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds are processed within approximately seven (7) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Your account should be credited within one or two billing cycles from the date of return depending on the refund policy of the credit card used. Please make sure that the date associated with such credit coincides with the date the original debit was made in order to avoid any interest charges on your account.

The terms and conditions of the our Privacy Policy govern the processing of all personal data collected from you in connection with your purchase of products through the Online Shop.
